About The Positions
SMP Educators will have the opportunity to teach the SMP curriculum in area public and charter schools on either a full or part time basis. These positions will be compensated based on experience and qualifications, though we welcome volunteers as well. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for all five phases of training with the expectation that work will begin in the 2018-19 academic year.
Hired candidates will meet certain qualifications in addition to receiving comprehensive training in the SMP curriculum, which will begin in the Spring of 2018.
All Candidates will need to provide child abuse clearances, state criminal background checks, FBI clearances and to maintain their own liability insurance.
